Raleigh area home sales for April drop 24%

Area home sales for April ‘08 have dropped 24% from April 2007 according to a report from the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. There were 2,260 sales in April ‘08, compared to 2,982 in April ‘07.
Sales were down 28% in March.

Raleigh City Council Approves Hillsborough & Morgan St Roundabout Resolution

On May 8, 2008 the Raleigh City Council approved a resolution clearing the way for the Hillsborough and Morgan Street roundabout project.

The NC Homeowners alliance has recently launched www.nchomeownersalliance.org providing information and resource guides for North Carolina homeowners.
