Council Amends Zoning Code On Infill Development
Raleigh City Council approved an amendment to the Zoning Code on Thursday 1/22. Preliminary site plan approval is now required by the Council for “development plans that propose multi-family, townhouse or group housing developments on residential lots of less than two acres”
