New image to the rescue

I have done some research today about how to improve our blog site and change-is-a-comin’. We will be combining our blog with a new website for Graves Realty Associates where the blog will become a seamless part of our website. I hope to begin changes this week and have everything live next week!

Update- North Raleigh market snapshot

Since I wrote North Raleigh homes for sale market snapshot and as of 8:15AM on 4/27:
1) 10 homes have been reported as closed
2) 2 homes have expired
3) 16 homes have been reported as pending
4) 13 listings have been withdrawn
