Our Builder Focus Team is dedicated to identifying new home building opportunities, property for development and ultimately construction and sale of new homes, townhomes and condos throughout our local market.
Sales and Marketing Director
A Director of Sales is responsible for the sales effort including on-site agent placement, training and support, sales analysis, pricing recommendations and contract review. We will place and manage on-site sales agents and support the staff through coaching, trouble shooting and weekly sales meetings.
A Marketing Director will oversee and coordinate marketing efforts on behalf of the builder on an ongoing basis. We will create a marketing plan that will include development of community identity, coordinate web and print advertising efforts, signage and special event planning.
On-Site Agents
On-Site Agents will be chosen specifically for each project to match your target demographic, location and product. A Sales and Marketing Director will oversee training, coordinate realistic goal setting and offer ongoing sales and product training.
Our Builder Focus Team will assist you as needed with the new home sales process from the ground up. Our services include:
- Home pricing strategies and location
- Land acquisition
- Identifying the target home buyer
- Creation of sales and marketing action plans including the creative process
- Developing and maintaining a marketing budget
- Feedback on home plan selection and standard features
- Help with selection of a preferred lender and attorney creating incentive packages for new home buyers
